Before, returning the item, please send an email (within 30 days from the order date) to contact@innovimport.com in order to obtain a return number.

- telephone number
- if you wish, you also can explain the reason why you return this item in order for us to improve product and service quality.

Make sure to obtain a return number before sending back your product otherwise we won't be able to process your request.
Shipping costs are not included into the reimboursement.

Processing your order & shipping:

If all the items you ordered are available, shipping will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.

All orders are sent using Canada Post.
Inside Canada, parcels are delivered within 1 to 7 working days from the date of shipping depending on where you're located.

Regarding shipment outside Canada, customers should check out if there are customs or local taxes to pay.
