" I went skiing as I do on every Saturday, but this time on my last downhill I fell and badly twist my knee, at the end of the evening I had a big lump on my knee and had difficulty to even bend it. Following recommendations, I applied the Palm'Argile as a pack every night before going to bed for a week. After two days the inflammation was totally gone and after a week my knee was as good as new. This allowed me to keep my regular week-end hobby.
