"Hello,
I have worked for several years in a home for the elderly.
Here is a technique that I use for sore joints:
I make a castor oil pack with castor oil, olive oil and peanut oil mixed in equal parts (1/3, 1/3 and 1/3) heated up slightly, and soak a piece of wool in it which I would then apply for example to a woman's knee.
(Which produced excellent results).
Note:
The oils applied externally encourage lymphatic drainage in the enflamed area, by the same means disengorging and eliminating toxins or other accumulations. The essential fatty acids will also nourish the encapsulated synovial fluid (the liquid inside joints)."
